We’re upgrading our Card Controls to bring you more ways to manage and protect your cards. During this upgrade into June 2026, Card Controls will be temporarily unavailable.
But the good news? When they return, you’ll have even more powerful tools to manage your cards.

When Debit Card Controls return in June, you’ll gain access to new card management features, including the ability to:
  • Report a card lost or stolen
  • Create travel notices
  • View card details
  • Activate new cards
  • Order replacement cards
  • Cancel cards
  • Set card spending limits
Plus the features you're familiar with:
  • Turning cards on or off
  • Transaction controls
  • Transaction alerts
These new tools will give you more control, better security, and easier card management—right from your device.

Why are Debit Card Controls temporarily unavailable?

We’re upgrading our debit card management tools to give members more control and additional features. During this upgrade, Debit Card Controls will be temporarily unavailable while the new system is implemented.
 

When will Debit Card Controls be unavailable?

Debit Card Controls will be unavailable from March 16 through sometime in June while we complete the upgrade.
 

Are Credit Card Controls affected?

No. Credit Card Controls will continue to work as normal. The temporary change only affects Debit Card Controls.
 

What other options are available during this time?

While the upgrade is in progress, try Account Alerts:
  • Set balance alerts
  • Set large transaction alerts
  • Receive as push notifications in app or via email

What features are currently unavailable during this time?

While the upgrade is in progress, the following Debit Card Control features will be unavailable:
  • Turning cards on or off
  • Transaction controls
  • Transaction alerts

What new features will be available when controls return?

When Debit Card Controls return in June, members will have access to several new card management features, including:
  • Reporting a lost or stolen card
  • Creating travel notices
  • Viewing card details
  • Activating cards
  • Ordering replacement cards
  • Canceling cards
  • Setting card limits
These enhancements will make it easier to manage your card and protect your account.
 

What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen during the upgrade?

If your card is lost or stolen during this time, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in securing your account and issuing a replacement card.
 

Will I need to set up my Card Controls again after the upgrade?

Yes. Once the new Card Controls are available, you may need to reconfigure your card preferences and alerts within the updated system.
