Justine Rivard has been part of BHFCU since 2016, beginning her career as a teller and growing through roles including Ag Support Specialist and Ag Credit Analyst. Now serving as Senior Agricultural Lender, she brings nearly a decade of experience and a deep understanding of South Dakota’s ag landscape to her work. Raised outside of Hot Springs, Justine grew up raising and showing registered AQHA horses. Her firsthand experience in ranching gives her a genuine connection to the producers she serves and a practical understanding of their financial needs. Justine is passionate about building strong relationships and helping ag operations thrive—whether it’s supporting a young producer just starting out or helping a multi-generational ranch plan for the future. She embraces BHFCU’s mission to “Improve Lives” by offering thoughtful, personalized lending solutions that make a lasting impact. Outside of her role at BHFCU, Justine is committed to advancing women in agriculture. She serves on the South Dakota Women in Ag Planning Committee and is an advisory member for the South Dakota Women’s Ag Network. Justine is also a proud mom to a daughter, and values the opportunity to model leadership, resilience, and community involvement both at work and at home.
