Three Years at the Top

People helping people. Chances are, you’ve heard that credit union philosophy before. It’s the whole reason for the credit union movement, and, at BHFCU, it’s our daily driving force. But at its core, we couldn’t be people helping people without our staff. That’s what makes it so special to share that we’ve been recognized with the Top Workplace in the Great Plains award for a third consecutive year.

Energage's Workplace Survey, an anonymous employee feedback tool, determines the Great Plains Top Workplaces awards. Because these awards are based solely on employee input, Top Workplaces is a credible and authentic recognition of workplace culture.
