David Koupal joined the BHFCU Agricultural Lending team in December 2019. Before joining our team, he worked as a high school Ag teacher, Instructor of Animal Science at Western Dakota Tech and is currently teaching beginning Borrower Class for Western Dakota Tech. As a born and raised rancher, David knows all things agriculture and enjoys being outside working with cattle and horses. He is passionate about the ag community and is involved in the SD Stock Growers Association, SD Cattlemen's Association, American Angus Association, SD Army National Guard, SD Grassland Coalition, FFA, and 4-H. When Dave’s not busy on the ranch and in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys.
