We Make It Easy for You to Make the Switch 

1. Use this checklist to open an account with us and close your old account. 
2. Fill out the Direct Deposit Authorization Form to redirect your deposits to your new BHFCU account. 
3. Use the Automatic Payment Authorization Form to notify companies of your new account and request that future withdrawals be taken from it. 
4. Fill out the Account Closure Form and send it to your financial institution to request they close your old account.
