You love the convenience of your credit and debit cards. With Card Alerts and Controls, it's just as convenient to control how they're used in online banking or our mobile app.

  • Shut off your card if it's been misplaced or compromised
  • Set spending limits for transactions 
  • Create alerts about specific types of transactions and know immediately if your card is declined 
  • Block certain types of transactions, either by merchant or by disabling online purchases 
  1. Sign in to our mobile app, select the 'Cards' menu, and click 'Debit & Credit Card Controls'.
  2. Select a card to view all of the preferences and alert options.

  2. Select ‘Set Alerts’ for a card to view all of the preferences and ‘Alert Delivery Options’ for alert options.
