Enhancements coming to BHFCU

At Black Hills Federal Credit Union, we’re passionate about providing you and your family with the best financial experience possible. To that end, we are excited to be working with one of the leading providers in the financial services industry to make necessary upgrades to our account system and service technology.  

As part of the upgrades, we will be phasing out existing, outdated software and implementing a new, more efficient system over Labor Day weekend, September 1 – 3, 2018. During this time, many of BHFCU’s services will be temporarily unavailable for member use and all locations (drive-ups and lobbies) will be closed on Saturday, September 1.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete the upgrades to our technology. We look forward to providing you with a more convenient and efficient financial experience once the new system has been installed.

Key Dates to Remember

  • BHFCU closed Saturday, September 1 for system upgrades
  • Online and Mobile Banking unavailable from Friday evening, August 31 through Monday, September 3
  • QuickTeller unavailable from Friday evening, August 31 through Monday, September 3
  • BHFCU closed in observance of Labor Day, Monday, September 3
  • BHFCU will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, September 4
