*Rate stated as Annual Percentage Rate (APR). To receive the discounted rate, a new line of credit or an existing line of credit increase must be $10,000 or more. The 2.99% discounted rate is available on loans with a Loan to Value Ratio of up to 90%. Add 1% to interest rate on loans with a 90% or greater loan to value ratio based on the appraisal of the property. These rates are fixed through August 31, 2022. After that, the variable rate APR will apply. Rates are based on the value of an index, plus or minus a margin. The index is the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal and is changeable on the first day of each month. The minimum APR that will apply during the plan is 4.00% and the maximum APR is 18.00% or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less. Current APRs range from 4.00% to 8.75%, based upon your credit worthiness. Estimated fees payable to third parties and/or BHFCU to open the plan vary and range from $375 to $1,200, not including title insurance, if required. Property insurance is required.
